Avid Wellness 的故事，源自一個簡單卻深刻的體悟：
在追逐成功的路上，我們往往忽略了最寶貴的健康。
 

我們的其中一位創辦人，便是一位充滿熱情的職場女強人。
長年高壓工作、連續趕deadline、精神緊繃，身體終於拉響警報——疲憊不堪、壓力爆棚、脫髮困擾，甚至瀕臨burnout邊緣。那一刻，她深刻意識到：為事業全力以赴，竟已無意間犧牲了自身的健康，而這也成為她人生的轉捩點。

她開始從細微處著手，有意識地調整生活，將健康置於首位。
第一步，便是重新定義每日的咖啡時光。她將中醫養生智慧融入其中，用天然草本增添滋養，讓一杯咖啡不僅是提神，更成為療癒的儀式。
就這樣一個小小的改變，卻為她帶來了前所未有的平靜、活力與平衡，讓生活重獲光彩。

隨後，她聯手一位志同道合的夥伴——一位在香港咖啡界極具經驗的專家，她專注於高品質、即烘焙即送、人手選豆挑豆的精品咖啡豆。她們同樣深愛咖啡的魅力，也堅信健康與美味能完美共存。於是，他們攜手開創一款嶄新的咖啡風格： 融入養生元素、滋養身心，卻絲毫不減損咖啡的香醇與層次。

Avid Wellness began with a simple realization: sometimes, we get so caught up chasing success that we forget to take care of ourselves.
 

Our cofounder—a passionate office professional—was the definition of driven. Long hours, endless deadlines, and an always-on mindset. It wasn’t until her body started sending warning signs—fatigue, stress, hair-loss, burnout—that she realized she had sacrificed her health for her hustle.

That moment became her turning point. She began making small but intentional changes to prioritize her well-being. The first change? Her coffee. She started blending her daily brew with natural herbs inspired by traditional Chinese medicine. Just one simple swap, but it made a profound difference—more calm, more energy, more balance.

Along the way, she teamed up with a like-minded partner— An established Hong Kong Coffee brand known for its dedication to premium, freshly roasted, and hand-picked coffee. United by their passion for great coffee and a shared mission to support better well-being, they joined forces to create a new kind of brew—one that nourishes the body with added wellness benefits, without compromising the unique taste coffee lovers look for.
