Avid Wellness 的誕生，源自一個簡單但深刻的領悟：
有時候，我哋為咗追求成功，反而忽略咗自己嘅健康。
 

我哋其中一位創辦人，就係一位充滿熱誠嘅打工女強人。長時間工作、不停趕死線、精神長期繃緊，身體開始響警號——疲勞、壓力大、脫髮、接近burnout，佢終於意識到，原來一直為事業拼搏，已經犧牲咗自己嘅健康。
 

嗰一刻成為佢人生嘅轉捩點。佢開始做啲細微但有意識嘅改變，重新以健康為先。
而第一步，就係改變每日飲嘅咖啡。佢開始將靈感來自中醫藥嘅天然草本，加入每日嘅咖啡之中。
就係咁簡單一個轉變，卻為佢帶嚟更平靜、更有活力、更有平衡感嘅生活。
 

之後，佢聯同另一位志同道合嘅夥伴一齊合作 — Avid Coffee 嘅創辦人，一個專注高質素、即炒即送、人手逐粒精挑細選咖啡豆嘅品牌代表。佢哋同樣熱愛咖啡，亦相信健康同美味可以並存，於是決定聯手打造一款新派咖啡：
一種可以滋養身體、加入養生元素，亦唔會犧牲咖啡香味同口感嘅選擇。
 

就係咁，Avid Wellness 誕生了。呢個品牌源於一個簡單信念：
健康唔一定要複雜，每日1%嘅細小改變

Avid Wellness began with a simple realization: sometimes, we get so caught up chasing success that we forget to take care of ourselves.

Our cofounder—a passionate office professional—was the definition of driven. Long hours, endless deadlines, and an always-on mindset. It wasn’t until her body started sending warning signs—fatigue, stress, hair-loss, burnout—that she realized she had sacrificed her health for her hustle.

That moment became her turning point. She began making small but intentional changes to prioritize her well-being. The first change? Her coffee. She started blending her daily brew with natural herbs inspired by traditional Chinese medicine. Just one simple swap, but it made a profound difference—more calm, more energy, more balance.

Along the way, she teamed up with a like-minded partner— Avid Coffee, an established brand known for its dedication to premium, freshly roasted, and hand-picked coffee. United by their passion for great coffee and a shared mission to support better well-being, they joined forces to create a new kind of brew—one that nourishes the body with added wellness benefits, without compromising the unique taste coffee lovers look for.
